Eisenhower Fellowships identifies, empowers and links outstanding leaders from around the world, helping them to achieve consequential outcomes across sectors and borders. 
EF provides a transformational experience leading to lifetime engagement in a global network, 
Two international programs bring a total of 40-50 leaders to the U.S. for an intensive seven-week program. Each Fellow receives an individualized itinerary of meetings with leaders on subjects of relevance to them.  Held in the spring and fall, the programs involve visits to 8-10 cities with 50-60 individual appointments, beginning and ending with group leadership development seminars in Philadelphia.  During their travels, Fellows identify specific projects they will undertake upon returning home.

برنامجين دولية تجلب ما مجموعه 40-50 من القادة إلى الولايات المتحدة لبرنامج مكثف لمدة سبعة أسابيع. كل زميل يتلقى خط سير فردي من الاجتماعات مع القادة حول مواضيع ذات أهمية لهم. عقد في فصلي الربيع والخريف، وتشمل برامج زيارات 8 الى  10للمدن مع 50-60 التعيينات الفردية، تبدأ وتنتهي مع مجموعة ندوات تنمية المهارات القيادية في فيلادلفيا. أثناء سفرهم، الزملاء تحديد مشاريع محددة تلتزم بها على العودة إلى ديارهم
